Rules for Using Our Platform

By accessing, registering on or using the w566 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of w566, including visitors to the website, registered members and VIP account holders. They apply to access via desktop browsers, mobile browsers and the dedicated w566 mobile app on Android and iOS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes, but the responsibility for reviewing the current terms rests with you.

To register and use the w566 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. There are no exceptions to the minimum age requirement.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, recreational use — not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any business or third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended w566 account.
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this type is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are of sound mind and acting of your own free will in using the platform.

w566 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete verification may be suspended pending resolution, and any pending withdrawals may be held during this period.

Each person may hold only one registered account on w566. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different names or different devices — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes should not be shared with any other person. w566 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared, lost or failed to adequately protect your login details.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact w566 support immediately and change your password. Any bets or transactions made during a period of unauthorised access prior to notification are binding and cannot be reversed on the grounds of unauthorised access alone.

w566 accepts deposits in PKR via the payment methods available in the Deposit section of the platform. Currently supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the platform at the time of deposit.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it may be returned and your account may be reviewed.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the Deposit section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance quickly, but processing times can vary by method.
• w566 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error should be reported to support as soon as possible.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. In cases where this is not technically possible, an alternative registered payment method may be used subject to verification.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account identity verification must be complete. If you have not yet completed verification, your withdrawal request will be held pending the submission and review of appropriate documents.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method and VIP tier. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from faster processing.
• Withdrawals may be subject to review if unusual activity is detected, including unusually large amounts or patterns inconsistent with normal platform use.
• If an active bonus is attached to your account with an incomplete wagering requirement, your withdrawable balance may be restricted to the portion of your balance not subject to bonus wagering conditions.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on w566 are subject to individual offer terms and conditions, which are displayed at the point of claiming. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible game categories, time limits and minimum deposit requirements where applicable.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only — bonus abuse, systematic exploitation or any coordinated effort to extract value from bonus offers without genuine engagement is prohibited.
• w566 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in an offer.
• VIP cashback is calculated and credited automatically each week based on your activity across the platform and does not require a separate claim.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

All bets placed on w566 are final once confirmed. In sports betting, a bet is confirmed at the point the platform returns a successful bet placement confirmation with a reference number. For casino and fish games, the outcome of each game round is determined by the game's RNG (random number generator) or live dealer result, both of which are final.

In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection during an active bet or game round — w566 will attempt to resolve the outcome using the most recent valid game state available in our logs. In cases where this is not possible, the bet or round may be voided and the stake returned. Winnings generated during a technically compromised session may be withheld pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each sport, market and game are shown in the platform at the time of placing.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
• Manifestly incorrect odds — including pricing errors that are clearly inconsistent with the actual probability of an outcome — may be voided at w566's discretion.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any point during a live event. Any bets placed after a market is marked as suspended are void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w566 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent termination:

• Registering or using more than one account, whether directly or indirectly.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or access any part of the service.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker or any multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical malfunctions to generate profits — any winnings generated in this manner will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for any form of money laundering.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing platform support staff or other players through any communication channel.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also consent to receiving transactional communications related to your account — including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications and account security alerts.

Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and other third parties strictly as required to deliver the platform service and maintain platform security and compliance.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.

In all cases where w566 is found to be liable for a loss, the maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w566 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. For significant changes that materially affect user rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details on their account.

It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current rules. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you should close your account and withdraw any available balance before the updated terms take effect.
